Last week I said, “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” True. And …. When you start to see things more things show up! This week – on Facebook – I was presented with a stream of images and quotes that spoke to the things I believe, the journey I’m on, and the person I intend to become. The artist in me loved the images – the hero in me loved the words. Would it be ok with you if I shared a few here?
My world WITHIN is creating my world WITHOUT – so is yours.
Hard to tell people about this MKMMA journey we’re on? It kinda is for me with some in my life – and not because I’m afraid of what they’ll think of me. I sense their silent turmoil over what they think of THEMSELVES.
So … I get to CHOOSE how I react! This week, we’re exploring the use of all the negatives – anger, fear, guilt, unworthiness, sadness – for good. My reactions are MINE to control. Pretty cool.
As we near the “end” of MKMMA – is our metamorphosis complete? Are we really going to emerge butterflies ready to soar? It’s that whole stepping from the known into the unknown … hope we’re going to be “hero butterflies”!
I really like this one – simple and elegant. PMA and Mental Diet and Law of Dual Thought. So much more serene to talk about blessings, yes?
And finally … while we each take our journey, travel our individual paths … it’s so nice to have kindred souls along for company. Thanks for joining me! We’ve on our way!
See you next week! Promise ….

Loved the messages, both the words and the postings. Really terrific and exciting time for so many of us. Thanks for sharing.
Well said…and great images also…blessings, this has been a great one hasn’t it. Thanks for your blog.
Great post! Thank you for sharing.
Your final poster inset says it all.
Reminds me of my desire at times to put a sign in the rear window of my car that says; “You will never be first in line! No contest here, Please relax.” 🙂
A very interesting read. Those who have taken this journey will appreciate the visual look back. Those who have not will be tantalized by where we have been and where we are going.
Words fail me. I really love your post and admire your creativity. Thank you very much for taking me on a visual journey of where I have been in the past 21 weeks.
